Nicole is our Director of Operations, dedicated to delivering a superior client experience and building strong relationships that drive value, retention, and growth.
Prior to joining Spartan Wealth Management, she gained more than 14 years of financial industry experience at Raymond James and Merrill Lynch as a Senior Client Associate. The knowledge and experience she has gained over the years allows her to deliver unparalleled service and support to clients and to her teammates at SWM.
Nicole is an active supporter of several philanthropic organizations including Michigan Humane Society and Children’s Hospital of Michigan. She resides in Rochester Hills, Michigan and was married in 2014 to Justin Yates; they have a daughter named Reese.
When not in the office, she enjoys cooking, reading, riding Peloton, and spending time with family and friends.
